REFINED Coaching Program Agreement

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions between Client (“Client”) and Carina Buganem / Provider (“Provider”) regarding the REFINED program. By enrolling, Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Payment & Terms

Full payment is required before services begin.
Payment options include pay-in-full or approved installment plans (all transaction fees are the Client’s responsibility).
All payments are final and non-refundable.

Services

Provider will deliver the REFINED program as described on the sales page and in the Statement of Work (program structure, duration, and deliverables).

Client Responsibilities

Attend scheduled calls on time and complete pre-work as assigned.
Actively participate in the coaching process.
Understand that results depend on personal implementation, not only Provider’s guidance.

Rescheduling & Cancellations:

Calls may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice, up to 2 changes.
Missed or no-show sessions are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

No Guarantees Disclaimer

While strategies are designed to enhance reputation, visibility, and revenue potential, Provider does not guarantee specific results, income, contracts, or recognition. Examples shared (such as media features, contracts, leadership positions) are illustrative and not typical. Results vary based on individual effort, experience, and implementation.

Conduct & Integrity

Both parties agree to maintain a respectful, professional environment. Provider reserves the right to terminate services without refund if Client engages in inappropriate or disrespectful conduct.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information exchanged during the program.

Ownership of Materials

All templates, frameworks, and materials shared remain the intellectual property of Provider. Client receives a non-transferable license for personal/business use only.

Release

Client agrees that Provider may reference results and anonymized outcomes for future marketing. Any recording, image, or testimonial use will require Client’s prior consent.

Limitation of Liability

Provider’s total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the total fees paid by Client. Provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

By enrolling in REFINED, Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
